Cindy Buys 

Cindy Buys currently serves as Law Professor at Southern Illinois University School of Law. Previously, she served as General Attorney, International at the United States Department of Commerce. Prior, she was an attorney at Sher & Blackwell. Buys earned a Bachelor of Arts from State University of New York at Albany, a Juris Doctor and a Master of Arts in International Relations from Syracuse University and a LLM from Georgetown Law.
